• Dethaching (April-May)

Dethatching is designed to remove layers of thatch, helping to promote healthy growth and a lush, green lawn. We use a specialized tine rake to remove the thatch layer, without damaging the underlying grass.

• Spring Clean Up (April-May)

Our spring clean-up service includes removing all debris from the lawn and flower beds, including leaves, sticks, and any other debris that may have accumulated over the winter months. Additionally, we offer irrigation start-up and driveway and parking lot clearing as part of our spring clean-up service.

• Weekly Mowing Service (May-October)

Mowing the lawn with Scag commercial mowers, string trimming around the edges of the property, including trees, fences, and flower beds & blowing away any grass clippings or debris from hard surfaces, such as sidewalks and driveways & parking lots.

• Fertilizer & Weed Control - Completed by Sub Contractor

• Aeration & Overseeding (Late August- Mid-October)

Aeration involves perforating the soil with small, tubular holes, allowing water, air, and nutrients to penetrate down to the roots of the grass. This stimulates the growth of new, deeper roots and breaks up the existing soil.  

 

Overseeding is spreading grass seed directly into existing turf. This is typically used to clean up dry patches of grass, improve your lawn’s color, and improve the density of your lawn. It gives the turf a fuller, richer, more vibrant look and feel.

• Fall Clean Up (October-November)

Our fall clean-up service is tailored to help you ready your property for the colder months. This includes clearing leaves, sticks, and debris from your lawn and garden beds, as well as trimming back grasses and shrubs. Our comprehensive fall cleanup package also covers gutter cleaning and irrigation system blowouts. Plus, we offer driveway and parking lot clearing as part of our fall clean-up service.

• Garden Bed Maintenance (April-November)
